Luis Manuel Ruiz

Luis Manuel Ruiz is a Cuban born Lawyer who has practiced Law since 2011.

His background, training and experjence is as follows:

He was born in Havana, Cuba. Attended high school in Havana and graduated from Osvaldo Herrera Tech Schooi in 2006.

He entered in to ISMI Law School in September 2006 and graduated with a Law degree in June 2011. He became a member of the National Jurist Registration in June 2012 under the Number 38465.

Experience

Years 2012-2013, he became a Law Consultant at the Havana Union of Trade and Gastronomy Companies. During this time, he mainly specialized in new private business formation and graduated from Havana University with a degree in international Business Law.

Years 2013-2015 He began work as Commercial Specialjst in the Caracol Business Commercial Group. In 2014 he graduated from the CSCEIE with a postgraduate diploma in International Trade and is certified as an International Trader.

2015-2022 he began to work as a Lawyer at the Artist Representation Agency Musicalia S.A. In this role, he developed, participated in, and led numerous international music events, negotiations, and Music Festivals. He worked as a Lawyer with the Mexican Company Prelasa S.A from 2020 to 2022 in the legal development of online concerts during the pandemic. As part of his work, he took courses from United Nations in copyright Iaw and intellectual property rights.

During his twelve years of experience practicing law, he worked mainly in Corporate Law and Business Iaw. He has redacted and reviewed hundreds of international contracts and agreements. He had to represent Artist Representation Agency Musicalia S.A. in court due to contract breaches. He has practiced Iaw in Mexico as a representative of Artist Representation Agency Musicalia S.A..
