Mr. Faragalla is an associate attorney at Spiegel & Utrera, P.A.
Background and Experiences
Mr. Faragalla was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. Mr. Faragalla
completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago
in 2013. He earned his bachelors degree with a focus on pre-law. In 2013,
Mr. Faragalla enrolled at Depaul School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate
in 2016 and graduated in the top 25% of the class. Upon graduation, Mr.
Faragalla practiced law in the state of Illinois for a year before moving to
Miami and sitting for the Florida Bar and in 2019 Mr. Faragalla became a
Florida member of the Bar.
Throughout his legal career Mr. Faragalla gained experience in a variety of
fields including tenant landlord law as well as corporate and small business
law and immigration. These experiences have given Mr. Faragalla the ability
to think outside the box and have helped him develop unique problem solving
skills.
Mr. Faragalla has worked in in government compliance as well positions which
required him to make extensive court room appearances. Mr. Faragalla has
previously worked on purchasing contracts and legal compliance for
LafargeHolcim, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of building
materials. Subsequently, Mr. Faragalla worked for the City of Chicago
Department of Law. There, Mr. Faragalla gained courtroom experience
adjudicating disputes between the City of Chicago and their residents. Mr.
Faragalla also worked for the federal government with the U.S Department of
Labor. While working with the federal government, Mr. Faragalla spent his
time in the strict compliance department on the H2B Visa Certifications
issued by the federal government where the main goal was aimed at protecting
U.S workers jobs in the United States.
